Join us for a two-part healing event focused on energizing and balance through restorative grounding exercises and Reiki healing. All attendees will receive a mini reading with guided messages from Spirit.
Class 1 - Clear energetic clutter and refresh your spirit in this restorative wellness session. Begin with a Reiki meditation to release tension and restore balance, followed by energy cleansing, intuitive messages, and grounding techniques to help you stay centered and renewed.
Class 2 - Enjoy a refreshing wellness experience designed to clear energy and restore balance. Begin with Reiki meditation to release tension and support healing, followed by sage cleansing, intuitive messages, and grounding breathwork. Conclude with a calming sound bowl session, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and renewed.
